Do you want to use a different payment option than via the mobile bill or keep business and private separated? Pay for your parking session via the 4411 app.

Do you not yet have a 4411 account?

Create a 4411 account, add your different profiles if required, activate your services (parking, electric energy charging, etc.) and select your payment method. Now, you can also pay via the 4411 app.

How does it work?

Download the 4411 app to your smartphone and select where you want to park: on the road or in a car park. You start and stop your parking session via the app and you pay an amount based on your effective parking time. Simple, fast and never a cent too much.

You pay a transaction cost of € 0.35 for each parking session via the app. More information about rates.

1Parking

Park in more than 150 towns and cities in Belgium and the Netherlands.

2Start

If you share your location with the app, the system will suggest a parking zone. Confirm, select your vehicle registration number and start your session.

3Stop

End your session via the app. A notification will, moreover, indicate when your session has nearly finished.

Parking in a car park?

You do not have to do anything to start a parking session in a car park. Do, however, ensure you take good care of your ticket!

Enter the code on your ticket via de app under 'car park parking' when you leave the car park. Next, click 'pay for ticket’. You can now leave the car park without having to go to the payment machine.

  • You pay automatically via your mobile bill or your linked credit card
  • You do not have to validate your parking ticket at the ticket machine
  • After you have paid via the app, you can open the barriers using the ticket
