Charge your electric vehicle with 4411

Electric vehicles are on the up and up and we believe this should be encouraged. 4411 wants to support you as an owner as best as possible. You can pay for your electric energy in no time at all via the 4411 app or by sending a text to 4242.

We like to make life easier at 4411. Our payment system is therefore based on the OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) and works on basically any charging point. Create your 4411 account now and manage your electric energy payments at one location.

Exclusive to Belgium! How does it work?

Are you a Proximus, Scarlet or Orange customer? Start and stop charging by sending a text and pay via your monthly mobile bill. Are you a customer at another provider but you still want to pay via SMS? Or would you prefer a different payment option? Create a 4411 account via the website.

Per charging session you pay a transaction cost of € 0.25 via the app and € 0.30 via SMS.

1Choose your charging point

Drive to the electric charging point of your choice.

2Start

Send a text with the number of the charging point followed by a space and your vehicle registration number to 4242.

3Stop

Vehicle fully charged? Send a text with 'Q' to 4242. Pull the plug out and close the charge port lid. Off you go!

Do you want to charge your vehicle via the 4411 app?

Do you use the app? Select the electric energy option in the app and enter the number of the charging point.

  • When the charging point is available, the LED lights will be blue.
  • Open the charge port lid, insert the plug and close the charge port lid.
  • The LED lights will be green during charging.
  • Once your electric vehicle has been charged, they will again be blue.
  • Stop the charging session via the app and you are done!
