Be-Mobile is a European market leader in smart mobility solutions, headquartered in Ghent. We develop and sell technological solutions for electronic toll collection, multi-modal route planning and electronic fare collection. We also offer advanced solutions to measure and manage the traffic flows to put travelers, cities, road authorities, parking operators and logistic companies in control over their mobility processes.

To strengthen our Service Desk team, Be-Mobile is looking for a Technical Support member.

As a Technical Support, you are the customer’s hero in time of need with the following responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve issues focusing on delivering an effortless support experience
  • You are the contact point between developers and the service desk team, serving as a gatekeeper to help our developers stay focused on the right work at the right time
  • You can work independently but also agile in team during running projects
  • Responsible for following up and managing payment flows
  • Strengthen the knowledge (technical, communication skills, etc.) of the Service Desk team
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to resolve high priority issues
  • You report directly to the Operations Manager

Job requirements

The must-haves we are looking for are:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Technical Background is a must
  • A customer-centric and a proactive mindset
  • Able to document problem and solution in a clear and understandable way
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • You perform well under pressure
  • Experience across various technologies (Javascript, MYSQL, Postman API) , reporting tooling (PowerBI) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a strong plus
