With 4411 you can park not only on-street but also in different parking garages. Via number plate recognition or by entering the ticket number via SMS or the 4411 application, you can pay your parking without any worries.

Create a 4411 account, add your different profiles if required, activate your services (parking, electric energy charging, etc.) and select your payment method. Now, you can also pay via the 4411 app.

Number plate recognition via 4411

The scanner at the entrance and exit of each parking garage recognises your number plate. The barrier opens automatically. Register your number plate via the 4411 application and enter and exit without a ticket.

  • You no longer need to keep a ticket
  • Your session starts and stops automatically when you enter and exit the garage
  • Pay automatically via a payment method of your choice
  • If there is no barrier, the camera will still recognise your number plate

How does it work?

Download the 4411 application on your smartphone and register your number plate for off-street parking via number plate recognition. The scanner at the entrance and exit recognises your number plate and automatically opens the barrier. You no longer need to take a ticket.

Via the application, you pay a transaction fee of € 0.35 per session. A session is valid for 24 hours. After that, you pay a new transaction fee. More information about the rates

Choose between more than 50 garages in Belgium and enter and exit without a ticket. The scanner recognises your number plate.

Off-street parking with ticket via the 4411 APP

Pay for your ticket in several parking garages using the 4411 APP. Take your ticket at the entrance and keep it close. Open the 4411 APP and click on "Off-street parking". Select the parking garage and enter the ticket number.

  • You don’t have to validate your parking ticket at the ticket machine
  • Pay automatically via the payment method of your choice
  • After payment via the 4411 application, you can use the ticket to open the gates
  • Manage all your sessions via the 4411 application

Off-street parking with ticket via SMS to 4411

Pay for your ticket by SMS in several parking garages. Take your ticket at the entrance and keep it close. When you leave a car park, send the ticket number followed by your number plate to 4411.

  • You don’t have to validate your parking ticket at the ticket machine
  • You pay automatically via your mobile phone bill or your registered credit or bank card
  • You always receive a payment confirmation by SMS
  • After payment via SMS, you can open the gates with your ticket
